Flight of Reminiscence…
Years ago a Tuesday
Became a very special day
As God gave us you on the 26th of May.
Many years later on this Sunday
With the soil I play
Remembering that first happy day.
As I Watch a bird peck in the clay
And see the flowers joyfully sway
My heart rejoices for that special day in May.
Searching the endless sky today
A Canada geese seems to be heading my way
If carrying a message it may well say:
“One is nearer God’s Heart in a Garden
Than Anywhere else on Earth”
Remembering your exuberance each birthday
Your smile for seeing a Blue Jay
I am tenderly reminiscing the 26th of May.
When the evening stars twinkle extra bright
And I watch a bird’s remarkable flight.
I feel always side by side.
