Birds in The Gardens
By
Gypsy Joy.
Angels and Faeries are a Bird’s and a Garden’s Best Friend!
In a splendid garden faraway
I once admired a peacock’s fancy tail
When I came near I heard a sweet voice say
Could you please send this letter in the mail?
Amid the sad peacock’s exquisite flowering tail
I searched for the letter I was asked to mail
When I saw among the lusterous blossoming plants
A most beautiful flower faery dance.
She whispered in a sweet gentle tone
I would do it myself but Ms. Peacock will feel so alone
The letter I like you to mail
Is hidden at the end beneath the peacock’s tail.
At Christmas last year the peacock got a sack of coal
So I wrote a letter to the North Pole
To tell Santa that the peacock is still shedding a tear
‘Cause she really had been good last year.
I believe it was a halloween witch
Who crashed last year in a nearby ditch
Who pulled this nasty Christmas trick
When I think about it this just makes me faery sick.
Till Christmas I will stay here
By my fabulous blooming Ms. Peacock dear
When Santa’s Elf comes by on Christmas Eve
Trust me my dear
NO “Sack of Coal”
This year shall Santa’s Elf leave here!
