A Poem a Day

A Sunny Day…
Once on a sunny day
In the month of May
I drove along a country road
When my eye casted a hopping toad
Jumping quickly abroad.
With the greatest of speed
The happy hopper found his retreat
On a garden moose painted in dark tawn
I chuckled in awe when I saw
All the critters on that grassy green lawn.
