This holiday is celebrated just before
the new school year starts in Canada.
Summer holiday at the cottage is over
and learning at school begins.
A pity, but we can’t hold on to
lazy summer days forever.
Speaking about spooky things…
Little Lion feels that pets should
patrol the school yard
so as to keep spooky intruders
and school yard bullies away
and keep peace among all youngsters.
Perhaps we should ask former
USA President Barack Obama
to endorse Little Lion’s request.
