“Start small, think tall
and give it your all.”
~Dr. Robert Schuller~

Dr. Schuller founder of
The Reformed Church of America,
did this with great fervour.
It must have been very sad for him and all
who helped funding the Crystal Cathedral
when it was decided to sell this church,
famous all over the world for its exquisite
and majestic glass building and interior.
Not only for Dr.Schuller, his family
and advisers but also for all who made this
gigantic church dream come true
financially.

Joyful and sad things happen throughout
one’s life and all of us have to make the
most of it without becoming bitter.

Dr. Schuller’s maternal and paternal
grandparents were of Dutch Ancestry.
They embraced their new Fatherland.
At the early age of 4 he longed to serve Jesus.

For the Roman Catholic Diocese in Orange
County a happy time is on the rise.

The Cathedral’s new name Christ Cathedral
was approved by the Vatican.
The new name made Dr. Schuller happy.
Unfortunately Dr.Schuller passed away
at the age of 88 in 2015.

His 30 books and quotes as well
Dr. Schuller’s
dedication to the Crystal Cathedral will
never be forgotten.

May He Rest in Peace!
