Dedicated to Our Newfoundland Friends and My Family.
A number of years ago we visited Newfoundland.
A wonderful Canadian province.
During our brief stay we met pleasant people and enjoyed the scenery.
Deep in the night, on the way to our hotel in St.John’s, the
capital city of Newfoundland and Labrador,
aka the City of Legends
a moose crossed just a few metres ahead of our car.
It was a thrilling sight!
A pity, we were unable to take a snapshot.
The Halifax ferry in Nova Scotia to St.John’s, the landscape and
visit to the Cabot, the harbour, the moose sighting and the boat
trip to the icebergs are a few of the highlights of our visit.
Not to forget the pretty painted flower pots in our hotel lobby.
Enjoy the beautiful video of the icebergs on:

Newfoundland is also known for their faeries,
the magic of the land
and keeping their inhabitants enchanted especially
during a Santa or Mummers parade.
If you don’t believe it ask the faeries when you visit Newfoundland
they will gladly tell you.
Cold, wind, rain or snow the St. John’s Santa parade show
wins the hearts of all in this inviting capital.
With thanks to the maker, the artists and the paraders enjoy:
