RUN RUN RUN
Run through the fields and forest
With arms stretched out
Embrace the wind
When you feel tired sit down
By a creek, river or lake
Inhale God’s wondrous creations.
BUT if you cannot run, WALK
Walk through a lovely park
Embrace an old tree
Bend down to gently touch a flower
Smile at the antics of the creatures
Inhale the tranquility
Feel one with Mother Nature.
BUT if you cannot RUN or WALK, STROLL
Stroll on your own or with a friend
Or as you ride in a wheelchair
Feel the fresh air colouring your cheeks
A gentle breeze energizing your body
Feel the beauty of God’s world
Showing His tender love for you and me.
