I am back!!!
Grrrrr… hurray for you and me!
I just heard my mistress telling Nana that I have to attend Canine class on Halloween Eve. I hope the class is celebrating Fright Night. Perhaps it will be a full moon tomorrow evening. Then we can all howl to the moon and imagine we are a pack of wolves. Imagine how scary that will be!
Life is never dull for me…
I guess you want to know where I have been hiding yesterday when I went missing. It happened like this. After my sweet mistress left the house to attend to her halloween social I slipped through the open door into the computer room for a short nap. Suddenly I heard a soft noise. I looked up and noticed this email landing in my mistress inbox:

I really recommend Jacquie Lawson to you and everyone else in the world. I think she has the best site in the world. apart from my mistress and a few others I greatly admire. But let me go on with my frightful story…
As by magic the message opened all by itself. The pumpkin on the screen invited me to click on it. I did. It was a nice halloween message and when it ended a fairy flew into the computer room. She was dressed in orange and told me she was the Queen of Halloweenland and to take her hand. I did, and we flew through the split in the open window and soared through the sky. There was a light breeze in the air and it was sunny. It felt nice and warm in the sky and in a snap we landed in Kingston, Ontario at the Fright Fort.
And that`s were we spent the rest of the day and evening. We had a lot of fright fun. I arrived back home exactly when the clock struck at midnight.
I felt like Cinderella must have felt. Happily I was not wearing glass slippers nor a ball gown.
Thinking about it, the attire would have been funny and a pretty nice halloween disguise for tomorrow evening. But… It would have been a glass mess as I fell with a thump on the floor and my arrival would have woken up everyone.
Don`t forget `This Near Halloween… grrrrr, only one more day!
