Hullo!
The weatherman says it’s going to be
an extremely fine day today.
:) Sounds like magic to me.
It brought me right away in a
“three-in-a-row” quotation mood.
He-He-He…
“Never trust a weather forecast in Spring
as April insists on doing her own thing.”

Play hard on a warm spring day.”

“If humans don’t get your outdoor drift
Give their brains a lift
By running through the room very swift.”

He-He, the latter I did promptly this
morning after the good weather news.
First I did a few long stretches.
Next I started my “run”-around-a-rosie,
while thinking about my lipstick friend.
She is soooo funny!
Running through the house is fun, too.
It brings the lad upstairs flying downstairs.
He likes to lecture me.
When I need his attention, I start running
around, till we both agree it’s time
for a walk and yappy talk!
Together we have a lot of fun!
After my walk, all in the house was as still
as a mouse, till the telephone rang.
It was the young mistress calling, she was
going out for a long walk in the forest
with Zoe the Labrador.
I felt a bit jealous. I have not been in a
forest or conservation park for a while.
Anyway, we will go to a city park soon.
It will not be the same but it will be
an outdoors adventure, my mistress says.
He-He-He…
It better be as funny as that worm picture.
Mostly I meet sneaky felines,
sometimes a skunk, raccoon or angry dogs
run-a-way squirrels and chattering birds.
Luckily the people we meet are usually
in a frolicking mood and sometimes I meet
a friendly canine as well.
My Look-Outs from the house let me meet
trespassers all day long.
Woof-woof!!
There goes another feline!
They never learn and neither do the birds.
They leave white spots everywhere keeping
the mistress busy.
Luckily, she can relax with me, she says.
Otherwise she would be a nervous granny.
I keep her forever young, she says. :)
Both the young mistress and my mistress
enjoy today’s faery spring song and the
beautiful nature and faery pictures.
I hope you do, too.
It is almost time for a walk again.
Perhaps we will meet a fairy, that would
be a welcome adventure.
