Our daughter and I celebrated on Feb. 4,2016 a special
“on the wild-side”
writing feature with a KitKat chocolate wafer treat.
Which reminded me about a recent KitKat news story.
So I wrote a short song about it titled:
The KitKat Dame…
Did you hear about the KitKat dame
Who may never feel the same
As she reached for her KitKat fix
She found it did not have the wafer mix.

Just in time for Valentine
Oh KitKat sweet you may be Mine!
Pouting this KitKat is not fit
She thought for a moment about it
As she felt let down terribly
She challenged the KitKat company.

I wonder what the KitKat company will do
Should they set a KitKat precedent others too
May want their share of KitKat sweet
For a lifelong free chocolate wafer treat.
