When I was small
You looked so handsome and tall
You showered us with love each day
Surprised our Mama with flowers
And braided daisies for us in May
You taught us Christmas songs
And lit the candles in the tree
You showed us to respect others
To love animals and nature
You taught, sung, played and read to us
You loved Mama and us so very much.

We all missed and still miss you so
Life and wars are often cruel
They take away the one’s
