Something Spooky Happened to Me…

While decorating my Halloween table tree
Something spooky happened to me
My cute purple little Halloween witch
Made my nose terribly twitch
My left eye started winking
And the cute witch started blinking
Then my right eye winked too
And the purple little witch cried loud BOO!

I expect tricky stuff on Halloween
But it’s scary and a bit mean
To BOO me in my own living room
Without a background Halloween tune
So I figured I ought to tell
This witch I don’t like very well
That you are BOO-ing at me
Before its Halloween Eve.

However before I opened my mouth
She started to giggle and shout
I know you don’t like me to
Shoo and Boo but I still do
You put me in this tiny Halloween tree
And you mere mortal expect me
To have just a few hours Halloween fun
No way Missy and away she ran.

Now I am looking everywhere
I liked that my purple witch stood there
In the top of my Halloween table tree
Cute and wickedly winking for all to see
None of the other witches
Keep us so much in stitches
I guess she just wants to have fun and play
This wee wickedly cute witch that run away.
