 Dreamland…

Hum a little lullaby my friend
Soon you find yourself in Dreamland
Where sweet dreams rare
Entertain you with flair.

Garden Fairies…

Many fairies visit my garden in Spring
They dance, giggle and sing
On such a sunny spring day
Fairy Nasturtium will play
On her flute from early noon
The loveliest Nasturtium lullaby tune.

Sunflower Time…

If my little eye does not spy
A sunflower reaching out to the sky
And the rain plays a game
Of splatter with the window frame
I smile a great big smile
’cause soon it will be harvest time.

Indian Summer…

Each September
We remember
The splendor
Of Indian Summer
A striking farewell
Of Nature’s majestic color
Soon winter will be upon
Garden catalogs come along
So ideas for broken garden pots
For which many a gardener has a soft spot.
