Celebrating Happy Milestones…

Today we have a feast for man and beast.
It’s a birthday feast
for the “young mistress”.
Hurrah… Hurrah!
She is coming over with Empress Zoe Labrador!

We are all excited, especially Mommy
who likes to add a bit of magic to
the young mistress birthday.

You see we just found out our Flower Town
has a fairy house downtown where an artist
tree carver and his spouse are living.

If we were rich Mistress Mommy would rent
a fairy carriage.

A pity that fairy thought cannot come true.
However, there is a magic tree house
in our city crafted by
Brampton`s tree artist
Billy Watterson.

The magic fairy tree art was recently
featured in the local Guardian newspaper,
delivered free of charge on August 18, 2017.
Just in time to add some magic to the
young mistress birthday.

The magic tree house artist has brought
a bit of fairy land to our Flower Town.

The way Billy Watterson and his spouse
are wielding their magic shield,
Flower Town Brampton may soon be known
around the world as the
Magic Fairy Tree Town.

What’s in a Name, you may ask?

Well, at times a lot! See for yourself…

Another famous Watterson who carries on
the magic of a wordsmith.

Are they related?
Sorry, we don’t know.
If you do, send us an e-mail.

To our beautiful birthday lady:

“We wish you a very Happy Birthday
and hope that all your wishes may come true!

Don’t forget to blow out the candles
“all in one blow!”

Last but not least…

We like to wish Dutch Cousin Anita
belated birthday wishes,
as well as Maya the daughter of a friend
of the “Lad Upstairs”
who both celebrated their birthday
on August 11, 2017.

Sorry, for the delay as the Gypsy  Joy site
was in maintenance at the time.

As a youngster Mistress Mommy has dabbled
a bit in carving by hand and
pyrography.
Her Dad and the “nuns” at school taught her.
Mistress Mommy says:

Try it! You may like it, too.

Well, that was my  TTT “Tall Tales Talk”
as Mistress Mommy is busy with the festivity.
I hope you liked it.

Enjoy artist May`s chain carving story
video and website.

The lady carver is a lot of fun.

To all a great weekend!
Tall Tales Talk will be back
on or around Labour Day.

With heartfelt thanks to everyone for
the links and animations, which bring
magic and joy to the written word and
enrich our knowledge.

Photos as usual by
“the Blog Muse” aka “Mistress Mommy”

and the snappy photographer,
he-he-he that’s
“Little Rascal-Woofie” me.

Enjoy the carving fun!
