Dedicated to our lovely daughter!

Once I met a faery on a dinner birthday cruise
Her gorgeous hair was hanging loose
I almost lost my steering speed
Said the captain of the fleet
I could have been in trouble with the law
The passengers looked at him in awe
And urged the captain to tell them more
Before the boat reached the Kingston, Ontario shore.

Aye Aye ladies and Gentlemen I heard
Sighed the captain and stroked his beard
I like to tell a tall tale or two
Now don’t scream when I tell you
that I, too
Have only seen a faery in my dreams
Aye Aye we have landed at the shore it seems
And there who would appear…
