A Poem a Day

National Poetry Month…
Day 30
There once was a Faery Mom who had Seven Faery Children…
She loved them all dearly and the faery children loved their faery Mom just as much.
One day the faery Mom decided to write a poem about each of them.
My Sunday Faery Child…
Is bonny and blithe and good and gay
He will merrily work a very long day
Even if it were on a holiday.
Always longing for a joyous ride
He invented an air car whimsical and light
Its truly a chauffeur and pilot’s delight.
With a wink in his eye he told me today
I am truly blithesome this Sunday
Up in the sky I am meeting a cute and mirthful fay.
