In 2013 I posted a poem-a-day on my blog post “Poetry Spirited” for the yearly occasion of National Poetry Day held in North America during the month of April. Lucky for me, I finished my promise of 30 poems just before the clock struck the first minute in the month of May.

It seems, that especially during National Poetry Month many are struck by Shakespeare’s invisible, yet powerful, poetic plume pen. Or could it be the master himself visiting every poetic soul to stimulate and test if poetic words are still as powerful today as in the days gone by?
Due to winter ravages in the gardens which are taking up my spare time my poetic contribution this year has been meagre. Luckily many wordsmiths contribute to Poetry month. You may have been one of them. I hope you had great fun!
Spring has finally arrived in Canada and Victoria Weekend is awakening my plume pen and gypsy vanner. Canine Zoe, feline Hope, the Vanners and I are getting ready for a Galaxy Adventure.
