Hullo Fans & Friends of All Ages :)

Another visit to the grooming-salon and the Vet in July has passed.

New photos of my appearance will be uploaded soon. :)

Without further ado,

the schools are out and Summer is around.
July and August are the fun months,
so make the most of it and if you have a
chance, dance with bare feet in beach sand.

What did we discover so far???

A lot of cool summer goodies!

https://doodles.google.ca/d4g/winners.html

Google Doodle and the Government of Canada
highlighted the Totem Poles and Agriculture.

 Agriculture 150…

See how much agriculture has grown:

Mateys, last but not least,  check Little Lion’s favorite subject…

“The Pirate of the 1000 Islands!”

Now over to Little Lion’s LOOK-OUT
where a spectacle is going on between two felines,
crossing in the middle path of
 the “Young Mistress” Secret Garden,
where just a few minutes ago the birds were
chirping their beautiful songs,
and now a feline war seems to be going on.

So much for peaceful interactions!

This may not happen around the 1000 Islands
despite of the pirating which went on
there in the past,

http://www.aquatarium.ca/interactions-activities/image-gallery/flora-and-fauna/

but in feline land they show their claws
when they meet.
Their shriek is annoying! Woof!!!

Perhaps the cats are feeling too hot.
Feeling too hot is not good for anyone.

When the temperature is too hot most plants
in the gardens are not feeling too happy.
Exept e.g. succulents like the sedums
in our gardens who can hold water.
Because of the many rainy days this
Spring they have grown quite huge.

In particular we love this photo of
a sedum garden sculpture,
it brings a big smile.

The “Pink Eye Bug” has slowed “Mistress Mommy”
down, but the virus is on the way out.
Hurrah-Hurrah!

Some unrest seems to be creeping up in
the fair city we are living where some
citizens don’t seem to realize ,
“United, we stand together.
Divided, we ruin the fun for each other.”

gypsy_woman_guitar_singing

Canada may have won the hearts of 18,000 people
around the world who voted Canada #1
but, unrest seems to lift its ugly head
in some places,
like the dragon in St. George’s legend and
diplomacy is thrown into the trash can.

But, hey, there is wonderful news, too! :)

It’s a fun Bison year in Canada’s
BANFF National Park.

Follow the Blog to keep in touch with
Canada’s Bison!

This beautiful park is 140 years old
and has taken the Bison under its wing.
To make a fantastic long Bison story
short, the Bison are thriving and are
thundering their story through Banff!

As well through the photographic lens of
Photo Warrior Jason Kenzie.

In Australia winter celebrations have
arrived, somehow different from the
snowy winters in Canada, but
“Old Man Winter”
is visiting beautiful Australia.

Australia has another only mammal in the
world, the Platypus, and other
unique animals as the Kangaroo and
the Koala.
