If you keep yourself unseen
On the last Monday in the month of May
I promise you will see in the Gully Green
The wee faeries dancing on
Victoria Day!
When you see the dewdrops glisten
Early in the morning
Carefully look up and listen
To the glee whispers from the awning.
‘Cause very early on Victoria morning
When you see the dewdrops shimmering
You can watch the tiny faery dancers
And hear them softly singing.
