Christmas Tales
By
*Gypsy Joy*
A number of days before Christmas
who fell asleep in the parlour?
The Jolly Christmas Bear!
When he woke up he rubbed his eyes and asked:
“Has anyone ever seen this funny looking Santa Box?”
Since he was all alone in the parlour there was no answer.
The Jolly Christmas Bear was flabbergasted.
He kept staring and rubbing his eyes three times,
but the funny Santa Box did not disappear.
He said to himself:
“let me think!”
“Did I forget seeing this funny Santa Box here before?”
Shaking his head he yelled:
“No Sirree, I did not!”
After a while the Christmas Bear thought, that may be,
he should write a poem or a song about the white
Christmas tree and the funny Santa Box.
“Yeah, that’s a fine idea”
the Jolly Christmas Bear said to himself.
The Christmas Bear sat down again and as he started to write,
the Christmas lights on the tree started to twinkle at him.
The Jolly Christmas Bear grinned and this is the song he wrote:
Did you ever see
Such a magical Christmas tree
He..Hee…Heee
A Christmas tree so beautiful white
With sparkling pearly pink Christmas light
He..Hee…Heee
A Christmas tree who blinks at you
And pearly lights that twinkle too
He..Hee…Heee
Come to see this festive Christmas tree
Dance a Christmas Waltz with me
He..Hee…Heee
Every Christmas parlour should have
A Santa Box to make you laugh
He..Hee…Heee
The Santa Box is not a pun
Let’s have some classy Christmas fun
He..Hee…Heee
After writing his Christmas Tree song
the Jolly Christmas Bear
being in a waltzing mood watched a classy video.
With thanks to the famous singer
Bing Crosby
the waltzing performers
and the video maker,
